Shipment protection: 0,6% of the card value. Abroad 1,5%. It covers at most € 1.000 per shipment.

    The money is released when the buyer confirms receipt. If the buyer does nothing, the money is released automatically: up to 48 hours after confirmed delivery, or 30 days after dispatch if there is no delivery scan.

Authentication Service

  • Available from € 50.
  • 3% service fee without the fixed part, plus € 7,99. Up to 5 cards, then € 2 per extra card.
  • Plus shipping to the hub and from the hub to you.
  • We check the card before it goes to you. This is not a grading certificate.

SecureSwap

  • € 7,99 per person. Under € 50 of your own cards and without cash: € 3,99 for one card, + € 1 per extra card.
  • Above 5 cards: € 2 per extra card.
  • You both ship to our hub. We check the cards and forward them.
  • Loose cards travel to the hub and back by letterbox parcel (€ 4,66 each way).

Trades with cash

  • The one who pays the cash pays 3% on top.
  • The one who receives the cash gets it minus 3%.
  • Example: € 150 in cash. The payer pays € 4,50 extra, the receiver gets € 145,50.

Forwarding from the hub

  • Netherlands: letterbox parcel € 4,66, slab € 8,95, 6 or more cards € 10,95.
  • From € 250: registered, € 9,20.
  • Abroad: the real price per country, incl. VAT.

Expensive cards, from € 250

  • When buying, and from the hub: always registered, with a signature on delivery.
  • From the hub: a high-value fee of 1,5% of the card value, with a minimum of € 4,95. More value is more risk.
  • Example: a card of € 500 carries € 7,50.
  • This is a handling fee, not insurance.

Abroad

  • You pay the real shipping price, incl. VAT.
  • Buying: + € 2,99. Direct trade: + € 0,99.
  • Loose cards go by EU letterbox parcel, except to Belgium.
  • Shipping from abroad to the hub: you pay the real label price.

For sellers

  • You pay 3% (min. € 0,50) of the card price. It is taken out of your payout.
  • Example: you sell a card of € 20. You receive € 19,40.
  • For a letter you receive € 2,95 (abroad € 4,25) for the postage.
  • Listings start at € 3.

Letter: at your own risk

  • Buying only: one loose card under € 30, also abroad.
  • A letter has no tracking.
  • If a letter is lost, we cannot compensate it.

Refunds

  • What you get back depends on how far the deal is.
  • Some costs have been made by then, such as a used label.
  • All rules are in the Terms.
